The Fraud of Vitamin Supplements

Vitamins, minerals and all the nourishment we need are provided by nature naturally in the form of fruits, vegetables, nuts, milk, grains etc.

Take a look at any vitamin supplement; look at the label – Does it list a food source on the label?…
Of course it doesn’t. None of the vitamins in supplement form come naturally from a food source. So where does it come from?

These so-called “vitamins” are man-made chemicals, imitating the molecular structure of the real thing found in a natural food source.
Mother nature didn’t assist in any way during their production. Vitamin supplements are made on a factory line. They are chemicals, inorganic, and foreign to the human body.

Not only does the human body struggle to use and absorb these chemicals, it reacts to them as foreign objects which needs to be attacked and expelled.
An internal war breaks loose after injesting toxic muli-vits – Most of the water soluble vitamins will be pissed out down the toilet. More worringly, the fat soluble ones (that the body can’t piss away) will pile up and cause vitamin toxicity (overdose.) This is much worse than deficiency and causes all kinds of issues.

Men: conserve your nutrient rich sexual fluid, and eat simple, wholesome foods.

Women: Learn and master the art of vegetarian cooking and nourish your family nature’s way.

One Response to The Fraud of Vitamin Supplements

Great article. Ill also add that some vitamins, such as vitamin K or vitamin B12 are already produced in the body naturally. If you start taking supplements or introduce an external source for certain vitamins, then it can harm your bodys ability to naturally produce that vitamin and also It may create a dependency for that external source as your body can no longer efficiently produce it naturally.
